A number of these mares won classic races, became the dams of classic winners/progeny and contributed to the genetic inheritance of numerous outstanding performers.

Sire Tompkins Hanover (Albatross/Tarport Gloria by Vicar Hanover), winner of 40 races, 1:54.3US, $263,159, was bred at Hanover Shoe Farms and arrived in Australia in 1987. Siring 97 winners in Australia including Miss Paula his standout stakes and wins wise (see below), Deductible (NSW Princess Mile), Tompkin Grove (Leeton Cup), Weowna Tom (Junee Cup). His 93 broodmare credits apart from Miss Paula’s progeny included Clever Tune (NSW SS- 2f), Lady Waratah (Breeders Crown 2f/3f, APG 2f/3f, Bathurst Gold Bracelet, VIC Gold Chalice), Lamorak (1:52.6, Bathurst Sales Classic – 2), Master Echelon (Junee/Wagga Cups), Quick Approval (NSW 4/5 Championship), Spring Walton (NSW Princess Mile, SW & Riverina Derby, Junee/Temora Cups).
